6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Mom IPTV will:

• Review the notice within 48 hours
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who provided the material (if applicable)
• Take appropriate action in accordance with the DMCA

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed from Mom IPTV by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. Your full name, address, telephone number
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district

Mom IPTV maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, subscriptions of users who are repeat copyright infringers. If Mom IPTV receives multiple DMCA notices regarding the same user or account, that user's Mom IPTV subscription may be permanently terminated without refund.

• Do not directly host or store copyrighted content
• Provide access to third-party content through licensed channels

• Do not interfere with standard technical measures used to protect copyrights

Mom IPTV works with content distributors and licensing partners to provide access to the channels and programming in our IPTV service. We take copyright compliance seriously and continuously work to ensure all Mom IPTV content is properly licensed for distribution.

9. User Responsibility

Users of Mom IPTV are responsible for complying with all applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction. Mom IPTV subscribers agree not to:

• Record, copy, or redistribute Mom IPTV content without authorization
• Share their M3U playlist or Xtream codes IPTV with unauthorized users
• Use Mom IPTV for commercial broadcasting or public display
• Circumvent any copyright protection measures
